policies and procedures

welcome to
joyful commons!

To make sure every parent, kiddo, and cup of coffee stays happy here, we’ve put together our Policies & Procedures below. These are less about rules for the sake of rules, and more about keeping our space safe, comfortable, and full of good vibes for everyone.

If you have any questions before your first visit, just hit reply, or give us a ring at (412)-204-6174. We’re here to help.

  • We are not responsible for food spoilage or lost items.

  • Please clean up any spoilage in the kitchen area after use.

  • Please place all dirty dishes in the dish washer after use. Do not leave dishes in the sink.

5. Technology & Workspace Use

  • Workspaces are to be shared respectfully.

  • Video calls should only be taken within the designed phone booth due to the privacy of others and their children.

  • Phone calls should be taken within the designated phone booth. However, if coworking is slow and you are the only or one of the only members in the space, phone calls will be permitted with the understanding that play noise may be in the background.

  • Please clean up your workspace before leaving.
